The Mille Lacs County Republicans affirm their support for the Minnesota state flag design in place until 2024 as a symbol of our state's heritage, identity, and continuity.

We believe this historic flag represents generations of Minnesotans and should not be set aside without broad public consensus or thoughtful consideration. 

We encourage all local government entities, including the county, townships, cities, and schools, to display the historic Minnesota State flag.
